Vince has over 15 years of restoration industry experience and a diverse leadership background spanning operations, sales, marketing, strategy, innovation, and technology. Prior to his work in the restoration industry, Vince spent 20 years in the financial services sector. Throughout his career, he has focused on building high-performing teams, developing strong strategic partnerships, improving operational performance, and finding new ways to better serve customers, franchisees, and communities.

Beyond his professional career, Vince also has a deep personal connection to the fire service and the broader first-responder community. 

Vince proudly serves his community as an active volunteer firefighter in Parsippany, New Jersey, where he lives with his wife Jaime and their three children. His fire-service training and certifications include: Firefighter I, FEMA ICS-100, IS-700 and IS-800, HAZMAT Operations, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and Product Control. 

Being a firefighter gives Vince a unique perspective that informs and strengthens his current role leading 1-800-BOARDUP: “It has given me an even greater respect for first responders and a much more personal understanding of the responsibility we have in the restoration industry to be there for people during some of their most difficult moments, helping families and businesses begin the recovery process.”
