April has been a busy and exciting month for the 1-800-BOARDUP Team! We’ve been out in the field, connecting with the fire service community, strengthening our internal team, and welcoming new partners to our network. Here’s a look at some of the highlights:
FDIC International Conference
We were proud to attend the 2025 FDIC International Conference in Indianapolis! This premier event provided an invaluable opportunity for the 1-800-BOARDUP team to connect with fire service professionals from across the globe. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the fire service is at the heart of what we do, and FDIC offered a fantastic opportunity to make connections and explore more ways to support communities when they need it most.
Internal Retraining: Investing in Our Team’s Growth
In Indianapolis, we held an internal retraining event for our 1-800-BOARDUP team. This session was a fantastic opportunity to refresh our knowledge, share innovative ideas, and further enhance our collaborative spirit.
1-800-BOARDUP was also deeply honored to receive a special recognition plaque from our cherished friends and partners at the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF). This recognition underscores the strong bond and shared mission we have with the NFFF, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued support.
Welcoming New Local Service Partners at Fast Track
We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion of our Local Service Partner (LSP) Fast Track program this April! We’re excited to have these passionate professionals on board, expanding our reach and strengthening our ability to respond swiftly and effectively to communities across North America.
